Spring Multifloral

from $9.00
Limited Availability

Allenwood is a tiny town bordered on one side by the Manasquan river with its back to Allaire State Park; it’s so small you might not now you’ve passed through it. Our Apiary is nestled beside an outstretched field of native plants with borders of flowering trees and shrubs. The land owners are good to the earth and never use chemicals or pesticides on their land. On warm nights, the field is an electric light show of fireflies.

Tasting notes: Light, bright, and floral with pear and lychee notes. This is a delightful eating honey that marries well with mild cheese, yogurts & ice cream, and herbal tea.
